Why I started J&K Fresh: At the time J&K Fresh was formed, the Customs Brokerage world seemed to be evolving to large logistic companies. I saw an opportunity to take our core produce clients and develop a niche business, providing the best, most personalized service available to importers of fresh produce.

Favorite Fruit: Watermelon

Hobbies: Traveling, collecting seashells, enjoying our grandkids and Nascar.

Favorite J&K Fresh Ad: “Catch The Wave” because it is when J&K Fresh formed a new partnership, giving the JKF Brand presence on both coasts.

Super Cool Fact: 2016 marked Lynnette’s 50th year in the business, as well as her and Chuck’s 50th Wedding Anniversary.

A little more about Lynnette: She began her career as a summer working aid for U.S. Customs and has been a licensed customs broker since 1973. She was the recipient of the 2014 Los Angeles Area SBA Women in Business Champion of the Year.

Super Cool Fact: Raymond was an actor in a past life.

A little more about Big Ray: On top of being the CEO of J&K Fresh, Raymond is also the Chairman of The Keffer Foundation (a family foundation set on changing the world by impacting local communities one life at a time). Raymond is also the proud parent of three adoptive children. On any given you’ll see him at the Coliseum rooting for his favorite team the USC Trojans. Raymond's plans for the future include the adoption of his foster learning Spanish, becoming a licensed Customs Broker and mentoring foster youth.

Super Cool Fact: One Thanksgiving there were so many air shipments Robert had to eat Thanksgiving dinner at the church next door to the office where they were giving out free meals. Robert made a donation to that church.

A little more about Robert: Robert works to live and lives to work, it’s his life. He is J&K’s most dedicated and loyal employee. Outside of work Robert loves to spend time with his family and playing catch with his dog Scottie.
